As a company, we’ve committed a portion of each cohort for accessible education, ensuring we remove financial barriers for those who are most in need.
We sponsor one student fully to attend the program and offer partial scholarships per cohort based on capacity and needs.
Please note scholarships are only applicable to U.S. citizens and green card holders at this time. Recipients of a VetSec scholarship are not eligible for our Open Doors scholarship.

What is a full scholarship?
Every cohort we offer one full scholarship to an applicant where their entire tuition is covered.

What is a partial scholarship?
We offer partial scholarships that are heavily discounted tuition rates that can still be financed with payment plans and loans.
Once we offer the full scholarship to the recipient, we then offer the partial scholarship rates to the remaining applicants for that cohort.

Who can apply for the scholarship?
Everyone has unique backgrounds and struggles, so we’ve put no parameters on who is eligible for a full or partial tuition scholarship after they’ve explored all of our financing options.
Please note only U.S. citizens and green card holders can apply for scholarships at this time.

When is the deadline to apply?
Applications are no longer reviewed if submitted within six weeks of a cohort start date. Please review the Cyber Defense Analyst Program page to identify those dates.

What is the Cybersecurity Foundations requirement?
We offer a free 12-hour course on cybersecurity for individuals to learn if a career in cyber is for them. The course is a requirement to attend the Cyber Defense Analyst Bootcamp for all students.
This course must be completed before the deadline to be eligible for scholarships. We are also understanding in that if you apply several days before the deadline and are not able to complete it, we can give an extension for the following week.
You don't need to set up a call or pay to create an account and begin the Cybersecurity Foundations course.

What are my obligations for accepting a scholarship?
There are some extra stipulations that a scholarship awardee will need to adhere to, and they must not be able to afford our bootcamp through any of our financing plans. These will be covered in detail in our first call with you.
Generally, an awardee must attend all classes with no unexcused absences, turn in all required deliverables, and be willing to be featured in Level Effect blogs, interviews, or student spotlights.
