The cybersecurity industry has an obvious skills gap and it's not because people aren't motivated. It's because training is broken. Dense courses, no clear direction, and credentials that don't prove what you can actually do, rather they test how much you can memorize.
Guardian Foundry was built to fix that. We turned cybersecurity training into a game world where every quest builds real skills, every challenge earns real XP, and every Skill Sheet proves real capability. We're trying something new by mapping it all to the NIST NICE workforce framework.

Anthony Bendas
Instructor & Co-Founder
Cybersecurity educator and penetration tester who built Level Effect's award-winning Cyber Defense Analyst bootcamp and Virtual SOC training environment. OSCP certified with over a decade in pentesting, security consulting, and vulnerability management. Now leading Level Effect's mission to make career-ready cybersecurity training accessible to everyone through Guardian Foundry.
