Common questions
Is this built for MSSPs or internal security teams?
Both. Guardian Foundry is designed for managers developing security analysts, whether they serve multiple clients or protect a single organization. Training spans entry-level foundations through advanced investigations.
What can a manager see?
Team Progress shows assigned training, current progress, completions, and recent recorded activity, with group filters and CSV exports. Open a learner’s detail to read their latest AI exercise feedback and instructor-reviewed reports. Progress exports contain completion and activity data; they do not include report text, feedback, or scores.
What does instructor support include?
We review submitted reports on instructor-graded exercises, answer content questions when a learner is stuck, and help with platform issues. The courses are self-contained and self-paced, so your team can keep learning around their day-to-day work.
Are certification exams included?
Yes. Your learners get unlimited attempts at Level Effect certification exams. Certifications from other vendors are available at a discounted rate.
How can we try it?
Open your own private sample team inside Guardian Foundry. Review progress, inspect AI exercise feedback and instructor-reviewed reports, assign training, and download CSV reports using the actual product. People, progress, and AI exercise feedback are fictional; report excerpts and instructor feedback come from real work, redacted for the demo. No credit card or employee invitations are needed.
Does the sample team expire?
There is no countdown. Your sample assignments stay in place between visits until you reset the demo. When you subscribe, you create a separate organization for your own learners under the same login.
Do managers need paid learner seats?
Manager and owner access is included. The three-seat minimum applies to people taking training. If a manager also wants to train, include them in your learner count.
How do we subscribe?
Online, in Guardian Foundry. Explore the sample team, then set up your plan and pay by card or invoice. You don’t need to talk to sales, but we’re happy to help if you’d like to. Your sample team stays separate from your real learners and reporting.
Who manages the training?
Level Effect does. We build the training plan with you, set up assignments, help learners when they get stuck, and review designated report exercises. Your managers set goals, approve the plan, and make time for training. They can check progress in Guardian Foundry at any time. During setup, we’ll agree on how we report back and follow up.
